"Kristina Nagel represented us as we looked for a home starting in the late fall of 2020. It was the beginning of a crazy time for home buying across the country and even more so in the areas we were interested in (Dana Point and coastal Laguna Niguel) with cash buyers winning with five offers we put forth - we were the 'back up' offer on three of the five but it was clear that going the traditional route wasn't working.
Kristina put together a letter and did a mail campaign to the area we were most interested in. The first letter campaign netted out two people who said they might be interested but neither home was a good fit and Kristina followed up with a second letter campaign. This was a win! There were two options that came through from this effort and we found one that worked.
We closed on our home in April and I believe we would not have had the success if Kristina had not found a home not yet on the market.
I plan to use Kristina when we sell our home and would recommend her without reservation."
